Dynamics in the content of middle weight molecules in the blood plasma of the rats at the duration of ethanol intoxication

The content of middle weight molecules (MWM) in the blood plasma of the rats at the normal state and at the ethanol intoxication has been studied. The duration of ethanol intoxication was one-six month. It has been shown that content of MWM in the control group of rats is 1.78+0.12g/l. After the once month using of 15% ethanol solution the content of MWM exceed the control in 1.34-2.13 time. The content of MWM in the next generations of rats also increases. The level of MWM of first generation exceed the control one in 1.78-2.38 time, in second – 2.54 time and in third – in 3.10 time.
