Molecular mechanisms of translation switch on ribosomes in a cell

The tmRNA-binding proteins take important part in molecular mechanisms of translation and translation switch on ribosome in Escherichia coli cell. Formation “tmRNA – tmRNA-binding protein complex” emerges conditions for the attachment of tmRNA to ribosome, where this RNA takes its part in trans-translation as tRNA and mRNA.
