Erytrone functional state in mice with the of knockout pttg gene

It was shown that pttg gene is essential for normal erythropoiesis in mice. The absence of this gene cause the changes of the total number of peripheral blood erythrocytes and the dynamics of release of reticulocytes in peripheral blood channel, distributed age structure of different populations of red cells in the circulation line, and recorded changes in physical and chemical properties of erythrocyte membranes
