The measurable features of near-bottom zooplankton in deep-water ponds are conditioned by disturbance of balance in dissolved organic substances and metals (Al, Mo, Pb) content. A bond of dissolved organic substances and metals is described by equation of both linear and nonlinear models. The dissolved organic substances reduces mainly the toxicity of Al (the metal with high acceptor (concerning oxygen) capability).
