Receptor status of women with breast cancer aged 40–50 and over 50 years was studied. Differences between the receptor profile of the primary tumor and metastasis cancers of the breast tissue have been established. The tumor phenotypes receptor status doublet-negative ER-/PGR- and ER+/PGR+ subtype is especially aggressive. At this subtype combination hyperresistance to treatment is determined.
