Features of functioning ryanodine-sensitive Ca2+-stores of rat hepatocytes

The article is observed the features of ryanodine-sensetive Ca2+-store in hepatocytes and change of their functioning in different conditions (age-related changes, the effect of insulin). It was analyzed the concentration in which ryanodine can activate, and in which can inhibit the release of Ca2+. We discuss the relationship between ryanodine-sensetive Ca2+-store and mitochondria. It was established that simultaneous activation RyRs and IP3Rs does not cause statistically significant changes of stored Ca2+, but perfusion of liver by insulin-content solution decreases the Ca2+-content. It was discussed specialties of ryanodine influence on ATPase activity of hepatocytes and its changes after perfusion of liver by insulin-content solution.
