It was analyzed the content of photosynthetic pigments and soluble carbohydrates in Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. Et Zuc under growth on the substrates of coal rock dumps and effect of gibberellin, zircon, Epin-extra, Mochevin-K1. The positive influence of growth regulators on P. cuspidatum, growing on substrates of coal rock dumps, is done by increasing of chlorophylls and carotenoids content. The content of water-soluble carbohydrates after action of growth regulators was almost unchanged.
