Electrophysiological correlates of verbal stimuli analysis during their monocular perception

Peculiarities of monocular analyses of emotional words thought nondominant eye was investigated. Revealed increase of theta- activation in task which contains emotional connotation in case of nondominant eye perception. It was showed disappearance of difference in latency of response between left and right hand when emotional information is perceived through nonleading eye. Revealed, that irrelevant emotional information in this task can cause emotional tension in subject while exposing in nondominant eye. The greater activation of parietal-occipital area of the ipsilateral to opened eye hemisphere was found during task with real words compared to the test which included only meaningless words.
